The AIRkart is manufactured solely from 30mm Chrome Molybdenum tube, formed and welded here in the UK to ensure unrivalled levels of consistency and reproduction. All of the chassis components are produced using up to date CNC machinery to the highest standard ensuring the highest customer satisfaction and guaranteeing quality.

AIRkart is the latest British racing kart chassis to be introduced onto the market. Having been in development since 2015, the chassis combines fantastic performance with unrivalled reliability and stunning looks.

The chassis is manufactured in the UK for the X30 and Rotax (mini, junior and senior market) and has been developed tirelessly to out-perform the competition.

Each chassis comes complete with a genuine Tillett racing seat, Tillett chain guard, Douglas magnesium rims and an angled steering boss.
